Terms of Service

By engaging 5-Stars Licensing, you authorize us to act as your administrative agent for the purpose of filing applications, registrations, and renewals required for short-term rental compliance in your specified jurisdictions.

Service fees are quoted in advance and are non-refundable once filings have been submitted to a regulatory authority. Government fees, taxes, and third-party costs are pass-through and billed separately.

5-Stars Licensing makes no guarantee of permit approval. Approval decisions rest entirely with the issuing authority. We do, however, guarantee timely, accurate, and professional submissions on your behalf.
